Assessment

Town Planning Consulting

Development Application (DA) reports for council assessment. Council applications are becoming more complex over the years, and the delays are caused can increase the cost of a project. With our tailored complete service, we can achieve a more efficient outcome by adding our Approval – Construction Certification (CC) process outside of the council application process.


Legislation and BCA Assessments

Building Code of Australia, Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (or “the EP&A Act”), and the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000 (or “the EP&A Regulation”). While the Act and the Regulation provide the overarching structure for planning in NSW, there are many other statutory documents that support that structure. The two most commonly used are State Environmental Planning Policies (SEPPs) and Local Environmental Plans (LEPs).
